Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Vinegar, Mustard Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 450

1 Whole chicken cut into 1/8 or 1/4  and depending if you enjoy white or dark chicken, choose as you like

6 Tbs Olive oil

1/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar

1 Whole lemon squeezed

1/2 Cup Swerve granular sweetener 

3 Tbs Nathan’s deli mustard

5 Medium garlic cloves minced

1 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt




Combine all ingredients in a bowl and rub all over chicken pieces in a roasting pan and allow to sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes

In a preheated oven of 450 place the chicken pan in oven and baste every 10 minutes for 1 hour

Serve hot
