Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Vietnamese Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lb dark meat ground turkey
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 large onion diced
- 8 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp keto Gochujang sauce (find a keto friendly recipe which there are many online)
- 1 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 10 oz almonds chopped into bits
- 1 cup parsley chopped
Instructions

Set the oven to 350 while cooking the onions until clear.

Put the garlic in and keep cooking until it gets mushy and strong smelling. Pour in the keto Gochujang sauce and swerve brown sweetener.

When the brown sweetener and gochujang melt turn the fire off.

Add this mixture with the parsley and almonds into a blender. Add this to the turket and make balls with wet hands.

Put on a grease baking sheet and bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
