- 3 eggs
- 3/8 cup crushed almonds
- 3 zuchinnis diced
- 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3 celery stalks diced
- 1 tsp crushed basil
- 3 Tbsp garlic diced
- 3 large onions diced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Set oven to 400 degrees and grease baking sheets.
Cook all the veggies in a pan and spice.
Take off the fire and add in the egg and almonds.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
