Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 6 garlic cubes crushed
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • montreal spice

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Prep chicken and put in a greased roasting pan.

  3. Stuff the cavity of the chicken and all the other cavities that you can find with garlic crushed to fill it with flavor.

  4. Melt butter and rub or brush all over the chicken.

  5. Sprinkle a generous amount of montreal spice all over the chicken.

  6. Bake for 60 minutes.
