Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Tuna Steak with Delicious Sauce (SK)
- 2 1/4 lb tuna steaks
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 5 tsp balscamic vinegar
- 4 tsp red wine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Heat up the oil in a pan on medium-high flame, then put the fish in and cook for 5 minutes per side.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, mix well, and pour over the tuna.
