Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Tuna Croquettes

Ingredients
- 24 Oz white canned tuna Solid
- 3/4 Cup Almond flour
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 4 Large eggs
- 4 Garlic cloves minced finely
- 2 Tbs onion finely grated
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Scallion cut into very thin slices
- 4 Tbs olive oil light, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl mix tuna, almond flour, mayo, eggs, garlic, onion, scallion and salt

Form 8 Croquettes

Heat oil in pan

When oil is ready place patties in pan and fry 2-4 minutes on each side on medium-high heat

The patties should be golden

Serve with a salad or favorite greens
