Ingredients

  • 12 oz String beans
  • 3 Tbs Coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs Tamari
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat up wok on medium-high heat
  2. Cut ends off and clean string beans, then toss into wok

  3. Drizzle oil all over evenly and toss

  4. Pour wheat free tamari, garlic powder & black pepper and toss constantly for 3-5 minutes

  5. A more crispy string bean then let it cook only 3 minutes

  6. A more well done blackened flavor, allow to cook closer to 5 minutes
