Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Thai Coconut Curry Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Young coconuts
- 2 Tomato’s
- 4 Tbs fresh cilantro
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tsp curry powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 6 Tbs lime juice
- 4 Tsp fresh ginger minced
- 4 Tsp cold pressed olive oil
- Chili red pepper sliced optional
- Cilantro or basil leaves optional
- Red bell pepper sliced thin optional
- Green bell pepper sliced thin optional
Instructions

Drain the coconut and add meat to a high powered blender ( give liquid to a non keto family member)

Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high

Chill in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving

Mix well before serving
