  • 15 oz pitted mixed olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • 5 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 anchovies
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice


  1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor a few pulses at a time, then stream the EVOO in slowly.
