  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 lb chicken drumsticks


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, ginger, lime juice and spices.

  2. Add the chicken and toss until fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  3. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake chicken 20 minutes, then flip and bake 20 minutesmore. Heat broiler and broil until skin is crispy, about 2 minutes.
