Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Sweet Roast Chicken with Wine
- 2 lb chicken legs
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet red wine
- 2 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup no sugar added raspberry or strawberry jam
- 1 tsp black pepper
Mix together all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the chicken in it, I prefer to marinate using ziploc bags. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Set oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare a baking pan and put a flat layer of onions. Set chicken on top of the layer and roast the chicken for about 45 minutes.
