Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Sweet and Tangy Salmon

Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillets
- 1 cup swerve
- 4 onions sliced in circles
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Put the onions and swerve into a pot on medium flame until sugar starts dissolving.

Cover and cook on a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring every so often until the onions are clear and soft.

Mix in the lemon juice.

Lay the salmon down onto the onion mix.

Move the fish to a pan.

Pour the onion mix evenly over and cover to refridgerate.
