- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp oregano flakes
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 5 lb turkey roast
Put the oil in a pan over medium heat. Throw in the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Put the garlic and peppers in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour the spinach in and cook for about another 20 minutes on medium-low. Remove from the fire and mix in the rest of the stuffing ingredients.
Set oven to 375 degrees. Put the turkey in a roasting pan and stuff it with the stuffing.
Mix the rest of the ingredients to form a marinade and pour over the turkey.
Bake covered for 90 minutes.
