Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto String Bean Parmesan Salad
- 3 lb green beans
- pinch of pink himilayan salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 3 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Boil green beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set into icy water for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Mix the green beans, tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a bowl and drizzle the balsamic dressing over.
