Perfect Chocolate Keto Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup xylitol or swerve
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder dissolved in minimal hot water until all powder is gone

Instructions

  1. GENTLY Mix all above ingredients together.
  2. Add Mixture to Breville Ice Cream Maker.  Push on button.

  3. Take your phone off the hook. Put a sign on your front door that says “We don’t have any chocolate ice cream here” (You’ll need it).

  4. A half cup is a serving.

 

Super Strawberry Keto Ice Cream

  • 8 strawberries liquify them in a blender or VitaMix
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup xylitol or swerve

  3. Check machine to see if it’s done yet. ... Check machine again. ... Walk around room once.... Check machine again. Hey, ya never know.

 

Espresso Coffee Keto Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brewed espresso. Large cup I use my Nespresso coffee maker using a more INTENSE flavor. If you don’t use a bold flavor it won’t stand up.
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup xylitol or swerve

Instructions

  1. GENTLY Mix all above ingredients together.
  2. Add Mixture to Breville Ice Cream Maker. Push on button.

  3. Tell children it’s for adults only because it’s coffee. (Good luck)

Non Dairy Keto Ice Cream: In all of the recipes substitute 2 cans of coconut cream (FULL FAT) in place of the heavy cream.

Vegan Keto Ice Cream: In all of the recipes substitute 3 cans of coconut cream (FULL FAT) in place of the heavy cream. Omit the eggs.
