Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Strawberry and Pork Skewers
- 1 lb pork sliced into chunks
- 1 cup strawberries
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion cut into squares
- 1 large bell pepper cut into squares
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Season the pork.
Alternate chicken and strawberries onto a skewers, every few putting a cherry tomato, slice of pepper and onion.
Grill on the grill or grill pan for 4 minutes per side.
