- 1 lb boneless rib steak cubed
- 3 large peppers any color cubed
- 2 purple onions cubed
Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour into ziploc bag with the meat. Mix bag around so cubed meat is fully coated and marinate for at least 3 hours.
Soak the skewers while meat is marinating.
Skewer a pattern of the vegetables and the meat with the wooden sticks.
Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side. Season with pepper and salt.
