  • 2 lbs chopped beef
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup spinach


  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Blend the garlic, onions and mushrooms in a food processor.

  3. Heat oil on medium flame. Pour in the mushroom mix and mix for about 10 minutes or until brown. Put in a pinch of salt and take off the flame.

  4. Pour that mix and all the other ingredients into a big bowl and mix all together well.

  5. Make a loaf on a greased baking pan. Put in oven for 45 minutes.
