Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 onion chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Swerve
- 1/2 cup olive oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in bowl (except oil) and add a tiny bit of water to get a bit wet. This should give the batter a sticky texture. Make sure to mix well.

Prepare the frying by putting the oil in a pan on high.

Spoon the batter into the oil in balls or press down on the balls to make patties and fry until brown on each side.

Place ready balls or patties on a paper towel when ready.
