Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Smoked Salmon, Cottage Cheese and Cucumber Bites

Ingredients
- 4 large cucumbers
- 16 oz smoked salmon
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- dill for garnish
Instructions

Slice the cucumbers into thick slices.

Put a teaspoon of cottage cheese onto each slice. Top with a chunk of smoked salmon garnished with dill.
