Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Salsa Your choice. No sugar added 12-18 oz
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast skinless and boneless or thigh
- 6 Garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 Tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 Tbs Chili powder
- 1 Tsp smokey paprika
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp oregeno
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp onion powder
Instructions

Plug in slow cooker, set on high

Place chicken and all spices in a bowl, mix together and allow to sit and marinate well together for a few minutes

Pour spiced chicken in the slow cooker and pour salsa over the chicken

Pour 2 Cups of water on the bottom of slow cooker

Turn on low after water is steaming and hot

Allow to cook until looks tender or when you are ready to eat
