Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Simple White Fish

Ingredients
- 4 slices white fish
- 3 celery stalk
- 2 onion sliced
- 1/3 cup swerve
- 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- cover with water
Instructions

Prepare the celery and onions and place in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Add the pepper, salt and swerve. Bring it to a boil.

Put the fish on top of the vegetable and seasoning and mix and cook on medium for 45 minutes.
