Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Simple Smoky & Spicy Wings

Ingredients
- 40 chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
- avocado oil to fry
Instructions

Season wings with the spices.

Light half of the grill.

Smoke wings for half an hour on the unlit side of the grill.

Heat up the oil in a deep fryer. Toss the smoked wings and fry until they float.

Put a saucepan over medium flame and add in the sriracha sauce and keto friendly honey substitute. Cook while constantly mixing for 4 minutes. Coat the wings in the sauce.
