Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Simple Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 10 cucumbers sliced to your preference
- 1 onion small
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup swerve
- black pepper
- Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions

Slice the onions and cucumbers as thin or thick as you prefer. I would do on the thinner side.

Mix the water, vinegar, swerve, pepper and salt.

Marinat the cucumbers in the dressing for 1-2 hours and serve.
