Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Schnitzel

Ingredients
- Avocado oil or Olive oil or Coconut oil for frying in fryer
- 16 Thin slices of boneless chicken breast
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp black pepper
- 4-6 cups Almond Meal
- Big tablespoon of Nathan’s Mustard
Instructions

Using a large bowl combine eggs, mustard, salt and pepper and mix

Toss chicken breasts inside the mix and let sit for a few minutes

Using a large flat plate with the almond meal, dip one piece of chicken at a time on each side

Heat up oil in fryer

Place in the fryer until lightly golden

Serve on a bed of greens or a fresh salad
