Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Schnitzel

Ingredients:

Serves 6-8

Avocado, Olive or Coconut oil for frying in fryer

16 Thin slices of boneless chicken breast

4 Eggs

1 Flat tsp salt

1/4 Tsp black pepper

4-6 cups Almond Meal 

Big tablespoon of Nathan’s Mustard 




Using a large bowl combine eggs, mustard, salt and pepper and mix

Toss chicken breasts inside the mix and let sit for a few minutes

Using a large flat plate with the almond meal, dip one piece of chicken at a time on each side

Heat up oil in fryer

Place in the fryer until lightly golden

Serve on a bed of greens or a fresh salad
