Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Salmon Ceviche

Ingredients
- 2 tsp jalapeno pepper chopped
- 1/2 tsp jalapeno tabasco sauce
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 2 juice of lime
- 1/2 cup fennel diced
- 1 red onion diced
- Pink Himalayan Salt generously
- 6 strawberries diced
- 1 1/2 cup salmon
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients well in a container and marinate for half an hour before serving, the longer the marination the better.

Serve it with all the juices.
