Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Salmon, Broccoli, and Cheese Salad
- 12 oz broccoli florets steamed
- 10 oz sushi grade raw salmon cubed
- 8 oz white cheese cubed
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Mix the tamari, salt, pepper and onion powder together in a small bowl.
Mix the broccoli, salmon and white cheese together in a bowl. Pour the tamari mix over the big bowl and mix well. Top with the black and white sesame seeds.
Also goes well with spicy mayo for more of a sushi salad vibe.
