Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Revolutionary Asian Steak Salad

Ingredients
Steak
- 1 lb london broil
- 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp onion powder
Salad
- 3 cups lettuce of your choice
- 2 cup broccoli cut into small bunches
- 1 cup chestnuts
Peanut Dressing
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp keto peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Mix all the steak ingredients and marinate in it over night.

Set oven to 250 degrees.

Heat up a frying pan and sear steak for about 2 minutes per side.

Move the meat to a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl and the dressing in a small one. Mix well. Assemble the salad by adding the meat onto the lettuce and pour dressing over.
