  • 1 lb london broil
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp onion powder


  • 3 cups lettuce of your choice
  • 2 cup broccoli cut into small bunches
  • 1 cup chestnuts

Peanut Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp keto peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Mix all the steak ingredients and marinate in it over night.

  2. Set oven to 250 degrees.

  3. Heat up a frying pan and sear steak for about 2 minutes per side.

  4. Move the meat to a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.

  5. Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl and the dressing in a small one. Mix well. Assemble the salad by adding the meat onto the lettuce and pour dressing over.
