Ingredients

  • 5 lb ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 jars of keto approved marinara sauce
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed almonds

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and get down and dirty using your hands to mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Pour 2 of the jars of marinara sauce into a large pot.

  3. Use a tablespoon measurer to form balls about the size of 2 tablespoons. Use the palms of your hands to roll into balls and put into the sauce.

  4. Pour the rest of the sauce over the meatballs and cover.

  5. Raise heat to medium flame and let it cook by itself for half an hour.

  6. Serves well with zoodles.
