Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Quick And Easy Chef Salad

 

Ingredients:

 

Serves 4 Servings

 

1/2 Pound thinly sliced corn beef

1/2 Pound thinly sliced turkey

1/2 Red pepper sliced thin in round circles

1/2 Green pepper sliced thin in round circles

1 Tomato Sliced in 1/4 wedges

2 Eggs boiled and peeled and sliced in 1/4 wedges

8 Black olives pitted

6 Oz romaine lettuce cut into small pieces

6 Radishes cut up

 

Dressing:

 

1 Cup Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup Swerve

1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 Cup Harlan’s Homemade Ketchup

1/4 Cup light olive oil

1 Tsp black pepper

1 Garlic clove, minced

1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt

3/4 Tsp dry mustard

3/4 Tsp paprika

1 Tsp cayenne pepper (or less if you enjoy a more mild taste)




Cut up all veggies and lay out on a platter

Place slices of turkey and corn beef on top and place egg and olives around

Mix all dressing ingredients together and store in a small mason jar and serve salad chilled with dressing on the side
