Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Pressure Cooked Brisket in Sauce (SK)

Ingredients
- 2 lb beef brisket cut into 4 equal chunks against the grain
- 1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cup onions sliced
- 3/4 cup Harlan's BBQ Sauce
Instructions

Season the brisket with salt and pepper.

Prep the BBQ sauce.

Line the inside of the pressure cooker with onion slices then top with brisket. Pour the sauce evenly over.

Cook the brisket for 70 minutes.

Remove the brisket and slice against the grain, then top with the leftover sauce in the pot and the onions.
