Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Pot Roast for Beginners

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 tsp fresh parsley
- 4 stalks celery diced
- 2 large tomatoes diced
- 2 green or yellow summer squash insides cut out and diced
- 2 large onions diced
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup water

The reason I say for beginners is because the instructions are literally this simple: Just take all the ingredients and put them into a large dish to bake in and cover it up. Then cook on 350 degrees for 3 hours. Enjoy.
