Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Pork Cutlets with Gremolata (SK)

Ingredients
- 2 lb pork cutlets seasoned
- 2 green onion stalks chopped
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 zest of lemon
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 2 garlic clove minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Put oven on broil setting. Once broil temperature reached, put pork cutlets on rack as close to broiler as you can and broil for 60 seconds per side.

Lower to 200 and bake for at least 10 minutes, may be longer depending on how thick each piece is and how well you want it done.

Mix all the other ingredients well in a bowl and serve poured over the pork or as a dipping sauce. Refridgerate for future use but best used as soon as possible.
