  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed almond
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup low carb beer (like Corona Premier)

Instructions

  4. Put the trays in the oven with oil and heat them up while doing the next few steps.

  5. Prepare one plate full with the crushed almonds and another plate with 1/2 cup of flour. Then mix together all the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter.

  6. Dip each onion in the flour, then batter, then crushed almonds.

  7. When the oil on the trays in the oven has become quite hot, take the trays out and set up the battered onions nicely spaced from each other.

  8. Bake the rings for 9 minutes on each side.
