  • 16 oz ice
  • 16 oz half n' half or heavy cream (your preference)
  • 2 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp Swerve
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder (no sugar added/keto approved)
  • 1/4 keto whipped cream for topping


  1. Put all the ingredients except whipped cream in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Drink right away so doesn't melt with a nice swirling top of whipped cream.
