Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 lb pieces of chicken seperated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Remove extra fat from chicken but keep the skin on.

  3. Pour all the dry ingredients into a gallon size ziploc bag and fully shake around until mixed.

  4. Put one piece of chicken into bag at a time and fully coat.

  5. Bake for 60 minutes, flipping halfway.
