Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 6 large onions diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp xanthan gum mixed with 3 tsp of water
- 10 cups water
- 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Swerve
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsps onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
Instructions

Cook the onions in the butter for about 20 minutes or they start to turn a golden brown.

Mix the teaspoons of xanthan gum and water in a bowl and add to the onions.

Add all the rest of the ingredients including the cups of water together and mix well.

Let the soup reach a boil, then lower it and cook for 2 hours.
