Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Onion Peppercorn Sauce (SK)

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp peppercorn cracked
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp any oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 pearl onions
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions

Cook onions in the oil for about 6 minutes on medium-high flame. Pour in the peppercorns and salt.

Mix the xanthan gum and water. Pour in the sauce and take off the fire.
