Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Mushroom Zucchini Soup (SK)
- 1 leek chopped
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 large onions diced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2 parsley bunch chopped
- 6 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 zucchinis diced
Take a pot and pour a bit of water just to cover bottom of pot.
Mix the vegetables into the water one at a time.
Set the fire to low and pour about 6 cups of water in and let cook for at least 3 hours.
