  • 1 leek chopped
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 large onions diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 parsley bunch chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 zucchinis diced


  1. Take a pot and pour a bit of water just to cover bottom of pot.

  2. Mix the vegetables into the water one at a time.

  3. Set the fire to low and pour about 6 cups of water in and let cook for at least 3 hours.
