Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Mushroom And Celery Stuffing

Ingredients:

4 Cups Fox Hill Kitchens Croutons or Buns Cut up

1/4 Cup Coconut oil or chicken fat

1/2 Cup onion finely diced

3/4 Cup diced celery

1 Cup Portabella mushrooms finely chopped

2 Eggs beaten well

1/8 Tsp black pepper

1 Tsp poultry seasoning

1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Stuffing for 5-6 pound turkey, duck or chicken




Using the croutons or buns cut up from: Fox Hill Kitchens

Soak in hot water until soft and squeeze out water

Heat oil or fat in skillet

Add celery, onion and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes on a low-medium heat

Pour over softened bread and mix

Add eggs, and seasonings to bread mixture

Stuff poultry

If any leftover place in a greased oven proof dish and bake in oven at the same time basting with the drippings
