Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Mushroom And Celery Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Fox Hill Kitchens Croutons or Buns Cut up
- 1/4 Cup Coconut oil or chicken fat
- 1/2 Cup onion finely diced
- 3/4 Cup diced celery
- 1 Cup Portabella mushrooms finely chopped
- 2 Eggs beaten well
- 1/8 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- Stuffing for 5-6 pound turkey duck or chicken
Instructions

Using the croutons or buns cut up from: Fox Hill Kitchens

Soak in hot water until soft and squeeze out water

Heat oil or fat in skillet

Add celery, onion and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes on a low-medium heat

Pour over softened bread and mix

Add eggs, and seasonings to bread mixture

Stuff poultry
-
If any leftover place in a greased oven proof dish and bake in oven at the same time basting with the drippings
