Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Mozzarella Sticks
Put egg in one bowl, crushed almonds and fresh basil mixed together in another, and almond flour in another. Coat each stick in almond flour, then egg and then in the almond/mixture.
Put the sticks on a tray and freeze for half an hour.
Fill a frying pan with oil and put on medium heat. Fry around 3 sticks at a time until golden brown on each side. When ready put each piece on paper towel.
Serve hot with the sugar free marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
