Harlan Kisltein's Mongolian Beef
- 1 lb pepper steak cut into strips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 scallions
Low Carb Mongolian Beef Marinade
- 1/4 cup wheat-free tamari
- 1 tsp ginger root peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
Cut the pepper steak into strips.
Stir fry the garlic and ginger in the coconut oil.
Add the beef to the very hot oil and use a wooden spoon to stir fry it quickly.
Add the scallions and cook for the last 30 seconds to 1 minute.
