  • 1 lb pepper steak cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 scallions

Low Carb Mongolian Beef Marinade

  • 1/4 cup wheat-free tamari
  • 1 tsp ginger root peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped


  1. Cut the pepper steak into strips.

  2. Stir fry the garlic and ginger in the coconut oil.

  3. Add the beef to the very hot oil and use a wooden spoon to stir fry it quickly.

  4. Add the scallions and cook for the last 30 seconds to 1 minute.
