Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Mini Cauliflower Pizza’s

Ingredients
- 3 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- fresh basil for garnish
- ham sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cup tomato sauce keto approved
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Use a towel to drain the extra liquid from the riced cauliflower.

Add cauliflower and all ingredients except for tomato sauce, tomatoes and ham to a mixing bowl and mix well.

Prep a baking try lined with parchment paper and scoop the batter on to it in balls, then press down fully to create a nice, thin crust.

Bake for half an hour. Top with sauce, then slice of ham, then tomatoe slice. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
