Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Mini Burger Bites

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground meat or turkey or chicken
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
- olive oil to grease pan
- cheddar cheese to top
- Fox Hill Kitchens Bun or any keto bread recipe for bun
Instructions

Set grill pan on flame or turn on flame of grill.

Get those hands dirty by pouring all the ingredients into a bowl and mixing and kneading into a good meatty batter.

For mini patties, depending on size will dictate how long it will take to cook each one and how rare you want them to be. Should be about 3 minutes per side.
