Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Miami Short Ribs

Ingredients
- 12 short ribs about 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup wheat free tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup Harlan's Homemade Ketchup or no sugar added Heinz ketchup
- 1/4 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 cup zevia orange soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Grease a baking dish and put the ribs in, never piled more than 2 on top of another.

Mix all the sauce ingredients well and pour slowly over all the meat. Cover pan with foil.

Bake for 2 hours.
