Memphis is known as the Buckle of the Bible Belt. Both Kentucky and Tennessee are sources of outstanding Bourbon. Technically it has to be made in Kentucky to be called a Bourbon. If it's from outside of Kentucky, it's a whiskey.




  1. Place the salmon skin side down in a pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle the Lakanto over the salmon. Now pour the bourbon on top of the Lakanto. 

    Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.  

    As the salmon cools spoon it on top of the salmon. As it cools it will become a glaze.
