Harlan Kilstein's Meatballs in Tomato SaucePrint
- 2 lbs chopped beef not lean
- 8 oz tomato sauce no sugar added
- 1 tsp basil fresh
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp garlic crushed cloves
Pour tomato sauce in pot.
Turn sauce on low heat.
Add spices to meat and mix together.
Using wet hands, shape meat into 1 inch balls.
Drop meatballs in sauce.
Raise temperature until it boils, then turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.
