Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Lime Cilantro Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 8 Pieces of chicken either legs, thighs or breasts with skin on
- 1 Zest of lime and juice
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tsp sea salt flakes or kosher salt
- 4 Cloves minced garlic
- 4 Tbs finely chopped cilantro or in food processor
Instructions

Serve with a wedge of iceberg lettuce and Harlan’s Guacamole

Place chicken on a cutting board covered with plastic wrap

Cover chicken with more plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken by rolling and pressing down

Place chicken and all other ingredients in a bag

Shake bag to coat chicken evenly

Allow to sit on counter for about 20 minutes

Grill on a grill outdoors or indoors, whatever is available

Set grill on medium high and grill on each side for about 10-15 minutes

Serve with a wedge of iceberg lettuce and Harlan’s Guacamole
