Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Lemon Mushroom Salad (SK)
- 11 oz white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp grinded lemon rind
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
Remove any excess dirt from mushrooms by wiping down with a cloth.
Slice with a sharp knife thinly.
Mix the lemon rind, lemon juice and EVOO together and pour over the sliced mushrooms. Toss to fully coat.
Season the salad with salt and pepper.
