  • 11 oz white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp grinded lemon rind
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • black pepper


  1. Remove any excess dirt from mushrooms by wiping down with a cloth.

  2. Slice with a sharp knife thinly.

  3. Mix the lemon rind, lemon juice and EVOO together and pour over the sliced mushrooms. Toss to fully coat.

  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
