Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Honey Mustard Salmon
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet cut into 4 pieces
- 2 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard as grainy as possible
- 1 zest of lemon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the honey, mayo and mustard then spread it evenly over the salmon.
Put in a baking dish then in the oven for about 20 minutes, or longer depending on how thick it is.
Garnish with lemon zest.
