  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard as grainy as possible
  • 1 zest of lemon


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix the honey, mayo and mustard then spread it evenly over the salmon.

  3. Put in a baking dish then in the oven for about 20 minutes, or longer depending on how thick it is.

  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
